P.R.A.G.A.
P.R.A.G.A. is the Italian acronym for Pianificazione Risorse Aziendali e Gestione Attività (company resource and activity management planning). This technology has been developed to supply the architectural support to staff rostering Web applications.

The platform’s very name implies that it has two "hearts": one related to resource planning and shift scheduling and the other focused more on operations management and related issues such as the shortage or unavailability of employees due to vacations, sicknesses, etc.
The unit coordinator or person responsible for shift scheduling has access to an advanced tool that will save him or her a great deal of time in building the shift schedules and avoiding disputes with staff.
